Legal Protection
URSH provides its members with expert and advisory support in protecting labor rights. We help members recognize and understand their obligations and rights, and we are available to them when misunderstandings or violations by employers occur.
Within the scope of legal protection, members can request:
- Consultation on labor law issues, including dismissals, contracts, regulations, and collective agreements
- Assistance in drafting basic submissions, such as complaints, requests, and letters
- Guidance on further procedures when additional legal intervention is needed
Collective bargaining is the foundation of union activity and a key tool for protecting and enhancing workers’ rights. URSH provides support to union representatives and negotiation teams at all stages of collective bargaining—from preparing demands to concluding a collective agreement.
Our support includes:
- Consultation in drafting demands and analyzing existing agreements
- Assistance in preparing for negotiations with the employer
- Participation in negotiations when necessary
- Interpretation of contractual provisions and their application in practice
Education and Training
For our members, we have developed modern educational modules that include video materials and interactive quizzes. The trainings are designed to empower members in their daily union and work activities, providing them with clear and accessible knowledge.
The content is available online and tailored for self-learning, with each module ending with a short quiz to check understanding. Through education, we build a safer, more informed, and decisive membership.
Protection from Exploitation:
URSH advocates for workplaces free from fear, pressure, and abuse of power. Exploitation of workers, whether through unfair working conditions, covert pressure, or bullying, is unacceptable and requires timely action.
We provide support to members in:
- Recognizing signs of bullying and other forms of psychological pressure
- Advising on how to react and whom to contact
- Taking concrete steps to protect dignity and safety at the workplace
Prevention begins with awareness, and our role is to help members not feel alone when facing injustice. Together, we create a culture of respect and protection at work.
