Signed Amendments to the Collective Agreement for Atlantic Trade

Zagreb, August 23, 2023. – Atlantic Trade Union and Croatian Trade Union signed with the Employer the amendments to the collective agreement for Atlantic Trade d.o.o..

Increase in Base Salary

In collective bargaining, an reduction in the share of the variable part was agreed in favor of increasing the base salary, thereby increasing the total salary of the workers.

New and Additional Benefits

The contract amendments provide workers with new and expanded rights:

• increased number of vacation days,
• right to one day off for a birthday, which the worker can use in the month of their birthday,
• increased allowances for:
  • severance pay upon retirement,
  • jubilee awards,
  • occasional awards,
  • gift for a child,
  • worker’s meals.

Duration of the Collective Agreement

It was agreed that the collective agreement will last until December 31, 2025. , ensuring continuity of workers’ rights and stability of relations between the union and the employer.
