Naša priča i vrijednosti
Udruga radničkih sindikata Hrvatske (URSH) osnovana je 1994. u Zagrebu kao središnjica sindikata javnih poduzeća, a ubrzo je otvorila vrata i drugim djelatnostima te postala današnja nacionalna sindikalna središnjica.
Od početka smo politički neovisni i posvećeni borbi za pravedne uvjete rada, kolektivno pregovaranje i zaštitu radnih i socijalnih prava.
Naša snaga je u zajedništvu i solidarnosti – kroz mrežu sindikalnih povjerenika, pravnu zaštitu članova i aktivno sudjelovanje u pregovorima i inicijativama od javnog interesa.
URSH je jedan od osnivača Gospodarsko-socijalnog vijeća te pokretač niza inicijativa važnih za radnike i društvo.

Our role is not only to protect workers’ rights but also to create a space where the workers’ voice is heard and respected. URSH builds a bridge between employees, employers, and society, aiming for work to be dignified, fair, and safe for everyone.
Through mission, vision, and initiatives, we present the direction in which we lead our members—from daily legal and union support to long-term policy shaping that affects the lives of all workers.
URSH advocates for dignity of work, adequate wages, and safe working conditions. Our mission is to empower workers through unity and solidarity and to ensure strong protection of their rights. We provide legal and union support to members daily to preserve and develop their rights. We believe that only with a collective voice can lasting changes be achieved.
We want a society where workers’ and social rights are respected, and unions play a key role in shaping fair working conditions and a safer future for all generations. We strive to create a work environment free from fear and discrimination, where every worker has equal opportunity for advancement. URSH’s vision is to be a reliable partner and a bridge between workers, employers, and society.
URSH is one of the founders of the Economic and Social Council and the initiator of numerous proposals and actions. From legal protection and education to negotiations and public campaigns – we actively change the system for the better. Over the years, we have helped in reprogramming loans for workers affected by bankruptcy and proposed solutions that facilitate social security. Our initiatives are always aimed at long-term improvement of workers’ positions.
